Not particularly loyal to either brand, just looking for what works best with this software and my above mentioned new hardware. I've downloaded the demo version of TMPGenc Video Mastering Works 6 & am hoping to fix up a video that I have a copy of which is wonderful quality, but is missing each second frame, which I think is down to the lower bitrate it has been saved in.

My current PC is a FIRST generation (as in over 10 years old) Core i7 and looking to upgrade to Ryzen 3900X and X570 mobo. In case you need official support, please contact TMPG Inc. It has the most powerful authoring engine which combines the best quality encoding engine with the 'Smart Rendering' function that allows ultra-fast output of standard complaint video with little to no loss in quality. I can enable CUDA Hardware decoding after pasting the two files in. TMPGEnc Authoring Works 6 is the best software to create a DVD / Blu-ray / AVCHD with high quality menus. Not sure whether to post this here or in a hardware topic area, figured I'd try here first since I'm looking at hardware to specifically run TMPGenc software (Smart Renderer, Video Mastering Works, Authoring Works). This forum is for users to exchange information and discuss with other users about a TMPGEnc product. Im trying to use the CUDA Decoder functionality in TMPGenc Video Mastering Works 5.
